NEW / OLD STOCK   FALCON E421F Falcons high output E421F electric fryer has extremely efficient elements, delivering fast heat up and recovery times.   The built-in filtration system and individually-operated twin pans, makes the E421 on of the most efficient fryers on the market today. The filtration system extends the oil life and only one pan may need to be used during quieter service times. This all leads to efficiencies in energy usage, time running costs.
